The Parachute mattress page had lost much of the original natural-material construction discussion.
The reviewed Parachute mattress was built without conventional polyurethane comfort foam. It relied on wool and steel coils to create cushioning and support.
Unlike many online mattresses, the original model was delivered full-size with white-glove setup rather than compressed into a box.
Without thick memory foam, the mattress had a more traditional responsive feel with easier movement and less deep body hug.

The short answer: Today's Awara range includes three latex-and-pocket-coil hybrids. Essential and Classic are 10-inch mattresses; Premier adds two inches of latex cushioning for a 12-inch overall height. The models are different, so a review of an earlier Awara mattress cannot automatically be used as a test result for all three current configurations.

The Awara page had lost much of its original hybrid/material discussion and had become mixed with unrelated or overly broad claims. This version restores the useful mattress-specific content.
Awara combined a latex comfort layer with a pocketed-coil support system. That creates a buoyant, responsive surface with more edge support and airflow than a typical all-foam mattress.
Latex and coils both recover quickly, so Awara feels more on-top-of-the-bed than a soft memory-foam mattress. It is better suited to sleepers who like responsiveness than those wanting a deep slow cradle.

The Happsy page had been replaced by a generic no-score summary even though the backup contained real unboxing, construction and topper-versus-no-topper testing.
The reviewed Happsy used organic cotton, wool, latex and pocketed springs. The latex/spring combination created a responsive, relatively firm natural-mattress feel.
Happsy’s latex topper sat on top rather than being sewn into the mattress. In our testing it made a very noticeable difference in sinkage and pressure relief.
Original photos showed substantially more compression with the topper than without it. That made the topper the better choice for shoppers who wanted a plusher feel.
Latex and springs made the mattress noticeably bouncy and quick to recover. Motion isolation was not as absolute as on slow memory foam, but the pocketed coils helped keep movement localized.
Without the topper, Happsy skewed firm. Shoppers wanting a natural-material mattress with more cushioning benefited most from adding the topper.

The Tatami page had been gutted even though the original review contained unboxing notes, a construction teardown, bowling-ball sinkage, edge-support observations and side-sleeper testing.
The Tatami combined an 8-inch pocketed-coil system with Essentia’s slow-recovering natural foam over additional latex. The feel surprised us because the upper material behaved more like memory foam than the springy latex feel most shoppers expect.
The mattress arrived full-length rather than folded, which made the box more awkward to open. Once unboxed, the zippered cover was easy to access and the mattress expanded quickly.
Our 14-pound bowling ball produced moderate contouring. Edge support was noticeably better than an all-latex mattress because the zoned coil unit supplied firmer perimeter support underneath.
The upper natural foam compressed enough to cushion the shoulder and hip. That combination of contouring foam over coils made the Tatami feel closer to a foam-and-spring hybrid than to a conventional bouncy latex mattress.
Essentia’s current lineup may differ from this version. Use the restored findings as a record of how the Tatami we tested behaved, not as a guarantee about every current Essentia hybrid.

Naturepedic EOS overview
The EOS makes the most sense for couples who need different firmnesses, shoppers committed to certified organic materials, and people who value long-term adjustability enough to pay for it. The modular design is especially appealing if you expect your firmness preference to change over time or you want the option to refresh only one layer rather than replace the entire mattress.
For side sleepers, Plush or Medium are the more natural starting points because they allow more shoulder and hip compression. Back sleepers often land in Medium or Cushion-Firm. Stomach sleepers and heavier sleepers generally need Cushion-Firm, Firm or Extra-Firm to limit hip sink. This is a heavy mattress, weighing 139 lb.s in a queen size, so I recommend having 2 people to set up, you can go it alone but it’s much easier with help, especially if you need to get it up a flight of stairs, there’s also an option to purchase white glove delivery for an extra $199 where they will set it up in the room of your choice and haul away the packaging. Once you open this mattress, it’s ready to sleep on right away.

I am partial to mattress companies that make their own mattresses and certainly this one is no exception given their long track record and consistently high marks from more traditional review publications like Consumer Reports.
Starting with the organic cotton cover, you will find that the mattress is hand-tufted to eliminate the need for glue to hold the latex in place. This gives the mattress a more consistent feel and will prevent you from rolling towards the middle toward your partner at night.
This mattress really excelled at back sleeping. I don’t normally sleep on my back but if I had to, I would choose this mattress. The Real Bed can be used on an adjustable base. No need for a box spring either, in the picture below it is on a bed from West Elm that has wooden slats.
