How the 100 night sleep trial works, eligibility requirements, and refund timing.
Why returns matter for the environment
Large item returns create real environmental impact. Pickup trucks, warehousing, cleaning, and processing all add emissions. Returned mattresses and large items can also be difficult to resell because of hygiene requirements and product condition, which increases the chance that an item is recycled or discarded.
Before you submit a return request, please contact us. We will try to solve comfort and support issues with a practical,
lower waste option first, when appropriate, such as fit guidance, foundation checks, or a comfort adjustment.
100 night trial quick guide
- The 100 night sleep trial applies to mattresses only.
- You must try the mattress for at least 30 nights before a return or exchange request is eligible.
- Limit one mattress trial return per customer and per household (same address, household members, or shared payment method).
- Refund equals mattress price minus a 200 return and processing fee per mattress.
- Refunds are processed only after the item has been returned and received by Yawnder.
- Replacement mattresses are final sale.
- Floor models are final sale.
- Technogel mattresses are final sale and are not refundable or exchangeable.
- Mattress toppers, pillows, bedding, furniture, and adjustable bases are final sale and not returnable.
- Components and accessories are final sale, including comfort inserts.
Comfort adjustments and inserts
In some cases, we may offer a comfort adjustment to help solve fit or support issues without a full mattress return. Comfort adjustments may include guidance, foundation checks, or a one time component change when available.
- Comfort inserts and other components are not part of the 100 night mattress trial.
- Important: Receiving a comfort insert (such as Helix Elite inserts or other mattress inserts) counts towards the one exchange allowed per trial.
- Purchasing an insert or component does not reset exchange eligibility.
- Additional component changes require a new purchase.
Massage chair returns
Massage chairs are not covered by the 100 night mattress sleep trial. The merchandise return terms below apply instead.
- Returns are accepted for 14 days from the date of possession provided the product is still in its unopened original packaging. No returns are accepted after 14 days from the date of possession.
- Products that are built, open box, or out of the original packaging may be returned within 7 days of possession and will incur a 25% restocking fee.
- Products that are built, open box, or out of the original packaging may be returned from day 8 through day 14 of possession and will incur a 35% restocking fee.
- Delivery fees are non refundable on delivered product.
Refunds on massage chair returns
- All amounts refunded are issued in the same method of payment used to purchase the item.
- Cash purchases are refunded by company check.
- The amount to be refunded is processed once Yawnder has received the product back and inspection is complete.
How to request a return or exchange
All return and exchange requests must be submitted using the return request form.
- Submitting the form is a request only and does not guarantee approval.
- Eligibility is reviewed after submission based on the return policy and order details.
- Written approval is required before any return is scheduled.

Floor models, Technogel mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows, bedding, furniture, adjustable bases, components, and accessories are final sale, including comfort inserts.
One trial return or complimentary comfort adjustment is allowed per customer.
Order cancellations & pickup fees
- Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of the time the order is placed.
- After 48 hours, mattresses and adjustable bases are subject to a $200 pickup fee, which is deducted from the refund.
- Accessories (bedding, pillows, sheets, protectors, and similar) that have already shipped must be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the refund is issued only after we receive and inspect the item.
- Delivery, white glove, and removal fees are non-refundable once the service has been scheduled or performed.
