Please Read Our Return And Refund Policy Carefully:

Returns on items purchased through Yawnder

Returns of mattresses and massage chairs must be requested within 100 calendar days from the date of delivery. 

Required 30 Day Break-In Period

We know that getting used to a new mattress takes time! That’s why we require a 30-day break-in period. During this time, sleep on it, toss and turn, and really make it yours.

If, after those 30 days, you’re still not completely happy with your mattress, no worries! You have a full 100 days from the day you received your mattress to return it for a refund.

We have a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return. All mattresses and massage chairs come with free shipping and free returns within the 100-day trial period. 

How can customers return your products?   

  • Yawnder or an authorized third party will pick up mattresses and Massage chairs. 

 What is the restocking fee?

  • There is no restocking fee if mattresses or massage chairs are returned within the 100-day trial period.  We will refund your original form of payment. 
  • Free returns only apply to first purchase, subsequent purchases will be charged at $150 restocking fee per eligible item.

Wrong Products

If you discover your order is flawed please contact us by email: [email protected]. With photos of the wrong product, we will provide a return shipping label. Once it is tracked, we will ship a replacement product immediately.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Adjustable Beds
  • Bedding
  • Candles / Diffusers / Soaps or any other consumable item
  • Beds / Bed Frames / Foundations / Headboards
  • Mattress Protectors
  • Pillows
  • Mattresses with stains are not eligible for a refund. We urge you to use a mattress protector to prevent this. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
