These Terms of Sale & Website Use (“Terms”) govern use of Yawnder.com and purchases made from Yawnder, operated by Sleep Coast, LLC. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated below. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
1. Orders, acceptance and availability
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Yawnder may accept, decline, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, payment authorization problems, pricing or listing errors, or inability to fulfill the order. If Yawnder cancels an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Product availability, showroom availability, estimated delivery dates, colors, dimensions, specifications and images may change. Measurements and colors are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Pricing, promotions and errors
Prices and promotions are subject to change before an order is accepted. If a material pricing, typographical, configuration or listing error is discovered, Yawnder may contact you for instructions, correct the error, or cancel and refund the affected order as permitted by law. Promotional terms, exclusions and expiration dates shown with an offer apply to that offer.
3. Payment and third-party financing
Payment is due as presented at checkout or on the applicable invoice. Financing, installment plans and third-party payment services are offered by their respective providers and are subject to those providers’ approval, terms, privacy practices and disclosures. Yawnder does not guarantee financing approval.
4. Shipping and delivery
Our Shipping Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. If an online order cannot be shipped within the time promised, Yawnder will provide any delay notice, cancellation option, consent request or refund required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and reasonable access for delivery. Additional services, access limitations, redelivery, disposal, haul-away and setup may have separate terms or charges disclosed before service is performed.
5. Mattress trials, returns, exchanges and final-sale items
Our Returns & Refunds Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Eligibility, minimum trial periods, return or processing fees, exchange limits, final-sale categories and other conditions are governed by the policy in effect for the order unless Yawnder expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Manufacturer trial periods or policies displayed for informational purposes do not replace Yawnder’s store policy for products purchased directly from Yawnder unless expressly stated.
6. Manufacturer warranties
Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, are provided under the manufacturer’s own written warranty terms. Yawnder may assist with warranty questions but does not expand a manufacturer warranty unless Yawnder expressly provides a separate written warranty. Nothing here excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.
7. Product information and health-related content
Mattress, sleep, comfort and wellness content on this website is for general informational purposes. Individual comfort and sleep experiences vary. Unless specifically stated and supported, product descriptions should not be interpreted as a promise to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a medical condition. 8. Editorial, retail and affiliate relationships
Yawnder is both a mattress retailer and a publisher of product reviews, comparisons and buying guides. We may sell some products discussed on the site and may earn commissions when visitors purchase through certain links. 9. Customer reviews and feedback
Yawnder welcomes honest customer feedback, including negative feedback. Nothing in these Terms prohibits or penalizes a customer for posting an honest review or otherwise exercising rights protected by applicable law. Yawnder’s original website content, branding, graphics, testing materials and other protected materials may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission except as allowed by law. You may not interfere with site security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the site in a manner that materially disrupts service, or use the site for unlawful activity.

Yawnder is not responsible for third-party content or services except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis and Yawnder does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yawnder will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising solely from use of the website. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without limiting any non-waivable rights you may have under other applicable law. Any provision found unenforceable will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary while the remaining provisions remain in effect.
