It is worth considering if you prefer the springy response described in our original review and want two firmness choices in one mattress. Shoppers seeking a deep memory-foam hug or individually adjustable layers should look more closely at other designs.

Yawnder’s earlier review emphasized responsive latex, a supportive feel and quick expansion after unboxing compared with many slow-recovering foam mattresses. Those observations describe the mattress reviewed at the time; they are not new measurements of today’s production model.

Who should consider Roma?
Consider it if: you want a responsive feel, prefer a choice between two firmer comfort directions, and are comfortable physically flipping a substantial mattress. Arrange help for moving it, particularly in larger sizes.
Compare alternatives if: you want a plush pillow top, need different firmness on each partner’s side, or want to rearrange individual layers. Sleep EZ’s model FAQ distinguishes Roma’s enclosed, flippable design from its adjustable Natural and Organic lines. That difference matters more than the shared use of latex.

Trial, returns and warranty: read these details first
Trial: the Roma return policy lists 90 days and a $99 return fee. Contact Sleep EZ to authorize the process. The product FAQ describes donating the mattress and submitting a receipt; confirm the accepted organization and documentation before arranging disposal. A paid return is a meaningful cost when comparing mattresses.
Warranty conflict: the product page describes ten years of replacement coverage for qualifying manufacturing defects, excluding shipping. The dedicated warranty page lists Roma under a ten-year warranty but also describes prorated charges after five years. Ask Sleep EZ to confirm in writing which schedule applies to your order before buying.
The warranty page also requires suitable support: slat gaps must be no wider than three inches, and spring foundations are excluded. Laundering the cover, unsuitable support and leaving the mattress boxed for more than 30 days can affect coverage. Keep the purchase receipt. Warranty coverage addresses qualifying defects; it does not promise personal comfort or a ten-year service life.
