So far I haven’t found anything able to competed with the pressure relief that memory foam offers. Not everyone will like the feel of foam though and memory foam has the potential to sleep hotter than standard down pillows but there have been many new developments with this material that make it more breathable and comfortable so that they mimic the feel of down but provide better pressure relief.
Below are the ratings for memory foam pillows. You will see that there are many styles to choose from such as the standard block of foam and the shredded foam options. I gravitate towards the shredded foam because it feels more like a standard pillow and is just more cozy.
