Quick answer: Nectar’s current Forever Warranty applies to eligible Nectar mattresses for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Nectar’s current FAQ says impressions of 1.5 inches or more can qualify for coverage.
2026 warranty update
Nectar’s current mattress warranty policy has an effective date of July 28, 2026. Purchases made before that date can be governed by earlier terms.
What is covered?
Nectar describes the Forever Warranty as protection against qualifying defects in construction, materials or quality, with repair or replacement remedies.
Who is covered?
The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser from the original purchase date and cannot be transferred.
Sagging and impressions
Nectar’s current FAQ says mattress impressions measuring 1.5 inches or more are covered by the Forever Warranty.
See our Nectar return policy and warranty comparison.
Before filing a Nectar warranty claim
Because Nectar’s current policy can depend on purchase date, keep the original order confirmation and identify when the mattress was purchased. Photograph the mattress, law tag, claimed defect and the support system underneath it before moving the bed.
Measuring an impression
For a sagging or indentation complaint, measure the mattress with no person or bedding weighing down the surface. A photo that clearly shows the measuring reference and depth is more useful than a photo of the mattress alone.
Trial vs. Forever Warranty
The sleep trial addresses an eligible comfort return; the Forever Warranty addresses qualifying defects. If the issue is preference rather than a defect, see our Nectar return-policy guide. For comparisons with other brands, use our mattress warranty guide.
