Verdict: 4.5/5 — Dream Max is the right Casper for heavier sleepers and people whose complaint is aches rather than heat.
Short answer: Dream Max is the Dream with two more inches of mattress and a more aggressive ergonomic system. Zoned Support Max adds finer support zones and extra pressure-relieving foam, aimed squarely at sleepers who wake with hip and shoulder aches or who are too heavy for a 12-inch bed. How it performs, category by category
Support and alignment
The best pure support in the lineup outside Snow Max. The additional zoning holds heavier hips level, which is where 12-inch hybrids start to fail.
Pressure relief
Notably better than Dream — the thicker comfort stack lets shoulders settle without losing lumbar support.
Cooling
Coils plus breathable foams, but no Snow Technology. Runs neutral.
Motion isolation
Good; the deeper foam stack absorbs more movement than the 12-inch Dream.
Edge support
Very strong — the taller coil unit is easier to sit on.
Sheets and setup
A 14″ profile needs deep-pocket sheets, and the mattress is heavy enough that two people should handle setup.
