How it performs, category by category
Support and alignment
This is the point of the bed. Zoned Support holds the pelvis up while letting the shoulder settle, which is the single most useful feature for people who wake with lower-back stiffness.
Pressure relief
Good rather than plush. The comfort layer is responsive, so you get relief without the slow sink of memory foam.
Cooling
Better than either foam model thanks to the coil layer, but Dream has no phase-change cover — that is what the Snow upgrade buys.
Motion isolation
Decent for a hybrid. Encased coils limit transfer, but a light sleeper next to a restless partner will still notice more movement than on Cloud One.
Edge support
Strong. You can sit on the side of the bed and use the full sleeping surface.
