The 2026 policy change

Puffy’s current 365-night policy applies to purchases made on or after February 23, 2026. Puffy says earlier purchases retain their original 101-night terms and prior 14-night minimum.

How opened returns work

After the 30-night minimum, contact Puffy before day 365. Puffy can arrange free home pickup for charity donation or you can organize an eligible donation yourself. A donation receipt is required for the full refund.

Other Puffy products

Puffy advertises the 365-night trial across its collection, but product-specific return mechanics differ. Opened Midnight Foundations and bedding accessories require the customer to organize donation, while the Selene Swivel Chair carries a $99 restocking fee.
