Costco foam and hybrid test record
We tested Novaform Mattress with the standardized Yawnder mattress protocol in August 2026 and rebuilt this page around the available test record. The exact model is not identified in the record shown here.
2023 recall for certain older mattresses
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission recalled certain 14-inch ComfortGrande mattresses because water exposure during manufacturing could allow mold to develop. The CPSC identifies item numbers 1413200–1413204 made at FXI's San Bernardino facility from January 2 through April 28, 2023. Check the law tag for the item number, factory and date; the recall does not include every ComfortGrande. See the CPSC recall and remedy. FXI's recall page lists a broader date range through April 30; contact FXI at 888-886-2057 if the tag falls near the boundary or you are unsure. The recall offers eligible owners a refund or replacement.
