Best Sleep Earbuds & Headphones of 2026
Four current options for side sleepers, noisy bedrooms, travel and bedtime audio—without pretending one form factor works for everyone.
The biggest choice is not brand—it is what you can comfortably wear for hours. In-ear sleepbuds are compact and private but some people dislike anything in the ear canal. A soft headband avoids that problem but is warmer. An audio sleep mask adds blackout. And if your goal is simply to mask bedroom noise, a bedside white-noise machine may be simpler than wearing anything.
Quick comparison
| Pick | Best for | Noise approach | Battery | Main tradeoff |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ozlo Sleepbuds 2 | Dedicated all-night sleepbuds | Passive isolation + noise masking | Up to 14 hours | No active noise cancellation |
| Soundcore Sleep A30 | ANC and partner-noise control | ANC + passive isolation + adaptive masking | About 9 hours standard A30 | Shorter battery than passive-only alternatives |
| Manta SOUND | Blackout + audio | Bluetooth audio; mask blocks light | 24 hours claimed | Head/face fit is personal |
| SleepPhones Wireless | People who hate earbuds | Over-ear fabric headband speakers | 24 hours claimed | Warmer than earbuds, especially in fleece |

Ozlo Sleepbuds 2
Ozlo’s second-generation Sleepbuds are built specifically for overnight use rather than repurposing daytime earbuds. They use very small earpieces, stream audio before bed, can transition to masking sounds after sleep is detected, and add Sleep Patterns plus environmental insights through the Smart Case.

Soundcore Sleep A30
Sleep A30 combines active noise cancellation, passive isolation and adaptive masking. The charging case can detect snoring and the system adjusts masking audio, while the app tracks sleep duration, position and snoring. The low-profile 3-gram design is intended to reduce pressure for side sleepers.

Manta SOUND Sleep Mask
Manta SOUND combines adjustable blackout eye cups with thin Bluetooth speakers in the strap. It is the most useful option here when light and sound are both the problem, and it avoids putting anything inside the ear canal.

SleepPhones Wireless
SleepPhones puts thin speakers inside a washable fabric headband, so nothing sits in the ear canal. The current Wireless model uses Bluetooth 5.0 AAC and is rated for a full 24 hours per charge. Fleece is softer and warmer; Breeze fabric is the better bet for hot sleepers.
What about QuietOn, Bose Sleepbuds and Philips/Kokoon?
Older sleep-audio roundups often recommend products that are no longer a clean 2026 buy. Bose discontinued Sleepbuds II years ago. Philips currently marks its TAN7808/Kokoon sleep-headphone model as discontinued. Yawnder still has older reviews for historical comparison, but we are not putting discontinued hardware in a current “best” list.
Which format is right for you?
Choose Ozlo if you want purpose-built sleepbuds, long overnight battery life and sound masking without ANC. Choose Soundcore A30 if reducing steady environmental noise or a partner’s snoring is the bigger priority. Choose Manta SOUND if light is as annoying as sound. Choose SleepPhones if anything inside your ears becomes uncomfortable after an hour or two.

How we picked: We prioritized products that are actually purchasable now, are designed around sleep rather than ordinary daytime listening, and cover meaningfully different formats.
