How the 100-night trial works
Naturepedic asks you to keep an eligible mattress for at least 30 nights. After the break-in period, you can return it during the remaining trial for a full refund. Naturepedic says there are no restocking or return-shipping fees for eligible direct returns.
Returns and pickup
Contact Naturepedic customer care with your order information. The company provides item-specific instructions and says pickup is generally available even for full-size mattresses.
EOS comfort layer swaps
Some configurable mattresses, including EOS models, allow comfort-layer swaps during the trial so you can adjust firmness without returning the entire mattress. Follow the current layer-swap instructions and deadlines for your model.
The Halcyon exception
Halcyon does not use the standard 100-night mattress return program. Naturepedic currently says that after 60 days of use and within 120 days of delivery, Halcyon customers may apply up to 50% of the original purchase price toward a new mattress of equal or greater value, with applicable price differences, taxes and delivery charges. Halcyon also has a 120-day layer-swap program.
Final-sale items and retailer purchases
Real-wood furniture, adjustable bed frames and select clearance products are final sale. If you bought through a retail partner, that retailer’s return policy applies.
