How the design works
J-Pillow uses three-way support around the head, neck and chin rather than a conventional U-shaped ring. The newer version adds a scarf that wraps behind the head and hooks over the pillow to reduce shifting.
What to know before buying
- The asymmetric shape supports one side more strongly than a traditional neck ring.
- The entire pillow is machine washable according to J-Pillow.
- A carry bag compresses it for travel, but it is still bulkier than a wrap-style product such as Trtl.
