Which feel fits your sleep position?
Midnight Luxe: medium and more cushioning
Midnight is the more forgiving starting point for many side sleepers who want their shoulder and hip to settle into the surface. Combination sleepers and couples with different preferences may also prefer its middle-of-the-road feel. A lighter side sleeper may find even a medium bed firm, so compare with a softer option if pressure is uncomfortable.
Twilight Luxe: firmer with a quilted top
Twilight offers a firmer feel and less give. It can suit sleepers who prefer sleeping more on the surface, including firm-feel side sleepers and some back or stomach sleepers. If you sleep on your side and feel pressure at the shoulder, Midnight or another softer model may be more comfortable. Body size affects how either bed feels; firmness alone does not guarantee alignment or prevent pain.
Construction, cooling and motion
Both Luxe models have a quilted pillow top, foam comfort layers and zoned pocketed coils. The earlier version of this comparison incorrectly said Twilight lacked a pillow top and that zoning belonged only to Midnight. Helix describes those features on Midnight Luxe and Twilight Luxe.
Helix offers cover choices and cooling upgrades, which may add cost. A cool-to-the-touch cover is not a guarantee of a cooler full night. Both beds combine foam and coils; motion isolation and edge feel depend on the sleeper and version. We do not have comparable controlled measurements to rank these two models on motion or edge support.

Compare the final price for the same size and cover, including any upgrades. Helix’s direct-purchase policy lists a 365-night mattress trial with a 30-night minimum adjustment period.
