Serta iComfortPro Review (2026): Latex Levels 1, 2 & 3
The Pro name in iComfortPro refers to Serta's more elaborate all-foam family using latex comfort materials, zoning, and a cooling cover. It should not be confused with Perfect Sleeper Pro, which uses coils. The current tiers cover Extra Firm, Medium, Firm, Plush, and pillow-top choices, but not every feel is available in every level.

Quick verdict
iComfortPro is for shoppers who want a spring-free Serta with latex in the comfort system. It is a different feel direction from standard iComfort memory foam. Start with the exact firmness that fits you, then compare higher tiers; the premium prices require a clear comfort benefit.

Reasons to consider it
- Distinct spring-free latex-comfort option
- Three levels with different firmness ranges
- Responsive material concept for shoppers who dislike slow foam
- Current exact Queen pricing can be compared by feel
What to weigh carefully
- Contains latex and needs allergy-aware shopping
- Layer marketing across variants is not a precise specification for every SKU
- High upper-tier prices
- No current Yawnder standardized performance scores
Current models and firmness choices
The model/tier and the selected feel belong together. The summaries below evaluate the current listed builds from manufacturer specifications; they are not a claim that every configuration has been sleep-tested at Yawnder.
iComfortPro Level 1
Level 1 is offered in Extra Firm and Medium. Serta's default Extra Firm overview describes an 11.5-inch profile; other configurations need their own height confirmation. It is the starting tier when you want a latex-comfort, spring-free Serta without moving directly into a thick upper-level pillow top.
Current listed feels: Extra Firm; Medium. Queen: $2,199–$2,499.
iComfortPro Level 2

Level 2 lists Firm, Plush, and Plush Pillow Top. The default Firm overview describes a 13-inch profile. Firm and Plush share a Queen price in the verified data, while Plush Pillow Top costs more. It is the useful comparison tier when a shopper wants to evaluate how much top cushioning is needed without selecting the highest-priced family level.
Current listed feels: Firm; Plush; Plush Pillow Top. Queen: $2,799–$3,199.
iComfortPro Level 3

Level 3 lists Firm, Plush, and a selector option named Plush Pillow. The default Firm overview describes a 14-inch profile. Its cooling-material presentation includes graphite-infused latex. This is the highest-cost tier, so compare the exact feel against Level 2 before deciding the added comfort stack is worthwhile.
Current listed feels: Firm; Plush; Plush Pillow. Queen: $4,199–$5,199.
Construction and expected feel
Serta describes a five-zone Response design, True Response latex foam, and CoolFeel Pro fabric. Upper levels add comfort and cooling materials, including graphite-infused latex in the Level 3 presentation. The product pages contain broad up-to layer claims across variants; we are not treating those as a precise cross-section for every firmness. Ask for the layer sheet of the exact model rather than assuming that every inch of mattress height is latex.
Latex responds differently from slow memory foam, so a more buoyant comfort layer is a reasonable expectation from the materials. The absence of coils also keeps it distinct from Perfect Sleeper Pro. Level 1 Extra Firm has the most structured name in the lineup, while Plush and pillow-top builds appear in upper tiers. Those options can be very different in cushioning and should not receive one shared firmness number.

| Current model/tier entries | 3 |

Which sleepers should compare it?
| Sleeper | How to choose |
|---|---|
| Side sleepers | Compare Medium and softer options for shoulder and hip cushioning. Check that the waist and pelvis remain supported; a Plush label alone is not enough. |
| Back sleepers | Start with a balanced Medium or Firm where offered. Check support through the lower back and avoid a top that lets the pelvis sink much farther than the upper body. |
| Stomach sleepers | Compare the firmer available builds. A thick, soft pillow top deserves particular care if it allows the hips to drop. |
| Combination sleepers | Test turning through your usual positions. Latex comfort materials are designed to respond to pressure changes, but test the chosen feel rather than assuming all tiers move the same way. |
| Different body sizes | The same mattress can feel different to lighter and heavier people. Check shoulder pressure, hip support, and edge use on the exact configuration; we have not established a tested weight cutoff for this current family. |
Cooling, movement, and couple considerations
Cooling
A breathable latex comfort system and a cool-touch cover give iComfortPro a different temperature-management design from standard memory foam. That does not establish a measured cooling advantage here. Compare how the chosen configuration feels after a few minutes with a protector, rather than treating a brief cool first touch as the entire overnight experience.
Couples, movement, and edges
A spring-free construction can be attractive to couples who dislike pronounced coil bounce, while latex can make surface movement more responsive. Whether that balance suits you depends on the exact feel and comfort stack. We have no current motion-transfer or edge-load result for these tiers. Test turning, edge sleeping, and ease of getting up on the version you intend to order.

When the upgrade makes sense
This is one of Serta's expensive foam families. The Queen prices rise substantially from Level 1 through the Level 3 pillow-top option. Compare standard iComfort and iSeries NXG Foam if your main priority is memory-foam contouring; compare Perfect Sleeper Pro if you want latex over springs. Pay for a comfort difference that you can identify, rather than for the word Pro.
Trial, warranty, delivery, and retailer terms
Direct purchases from Serta.com are described on the current product pages with a 100-night trial and a 10-year limited warranty. Serta recommends at least 30 days to adjust before initiating a comfort return. Warranty coverage addresses qualifying defects, rather than guaranteeing that you will prefer a firmness for ten years.
Serta’s current traditional-mattress product pages describe in-home delivery and old-mattress removal for qualifying direct purchases. Confirm the actual delivery date, access requirements, and removal eligibility on your order.
Retailer policies can differ. Get any exchange fee, return fee, required protector purchase, delivery charge, and final-sale restriction in writing before checkout. A manufacturer’s direct trial is not automatically the policy for a purchase from another store.

Common questions
Is iComfortPro an all-latex mattress?
It is marketed as an all-foam mattress using latex comfort materials. That description does not establish that every layer is latex, nor does it make the complete mattress certified organic. Ask for the exact selected model's layer breakdown.
Does this review include a current hands-on test?
This is a research and editorial evaluation of the current manufacturer-listed builds. Product materials, exact variants, prices, and shopping considerations are identified separately from Yawnder’s standardized testing. We do not assign new numeric scores without a test record for the exact configuration.
Which firmness should I choose?
Start with your usual sleep positions, your body size, and how much surface contouring you prefer. Compare the actual listed feel rather than choosing from a tier number or mattress height. Use the sleeper-fit table above, then test the exact configuration or confirm the seller’s trial terms.
Can it work with an adjustable base?
Serta lists adjustable-base compatibility on these product pages. Confirm the exact mattress size and selected base, particularly for split-head sizes, and follow the support and foundation requirements supplied with the mattress.
Can I try it at Yawnder?
Contact our Encinitas showroom before visiting to confirm which brands and exact models are on display. Inventory and display selection can change; a published review is not a guarantee that a mattress is currently on the floor.
