Serta iComfort Mattress Review (2026): All 7 Current Builds
The current iComfort selector combines firmness and height. Standard spans five choices at 11.5, 12, and 13 inches; Enhanced adds two 14-inch choices. That is more precise than describing one generic iComfort as firm or plush. Shoppers coming from an older iComfort Blue review need to confirm the generation as well, because familiar branding does not establish that the foam stack is unchanged.

Quick verdict
Current iComfort is the Serta range to compare if you want a memory-foam surface without a spring unit. Choose the firmness and profile first; the 14-inch Enhanced upgrade is useful only if its additional comfort materials produce the feel you prefer. The old Blue 100 is a separate generation.

Reasons to consider it
- Seven specific current height/feel combinations
- All-foam alternative to Serta's many coil models
- Enhanced has identifiable comfort-material upgrades
- Medium and Plush choices at several profiles
What to weigh carefully
- No new Yawnder scores for these current builds
- Graphite and cool-touch materials are not measured overnight-cooling results
- Deep contouring may not suit every position-changing preference
- Older Blue-model evidence cannot be carried over to current iComfort
Current models and firmness choices
The model/tier and the selected feel belong together. The summaries below evaluate the current listed builds from manufacturer specifications; they are not a claim that every configuration has been sleep-tested at Yawnder.
iComfort Standard
Standard includes 11.5-inch Firm, 12-inch Medium, 12-inch Plush, 13-inch Medium, and 13-inch Plush. Compare the same firmness across heights before assuming the taller profile is necessary. The Firm is the lowest-priced Queen configuration in this tier. Side sleepers looking for cushioning should compare Medium and Plush at an appropriate support level, while back and stomach sleepers should be cautious about excessive pelvic sink.
Current listed feels: 11.5" Firm; 12" Medium; 12" Plush; 13" Medium; 13" Plush. Queen: $1,399–$1,899.
iComfort Enhanced

Enhanced offers 14-inch Medium and 14-inch Plush at the same Queen price in the verified selector. Serta adds EverCool Supreme memory foam and lists a larger graphite-infused foam layer in the selected build. Choose Enhanced if you prefer its contouring surface; a taller foam stack alone does not establish that it will align every body shape better than Standard.
Current listed feels: 14" Medium; 14" Plush. Queen: $2,099.
Construction and expected feel
Current iComfort uses the five-zone Response design, Perfect Conform memory foam, graphite-infused foam, and CoolFeel fabric. Standard's selected 11.5-inch Firm description identifies one inch of graphite-infused memory foam. Enhanced describes two inches and adds EverCool Supreme memory foam. Different Standard profiles should not inherit every layer amount from the default Firm page without their own configuration sheet.
The memory-foam surface is the central reason to compare iComfort with a hybrid. It should provide more contouring and less spring-driven lift, but the actual firmness remains configuration-specific. The 11.5-inch Firm is the least-plush starting point; the 12- and 13-inch Medium and Plush choices let a shopper compare cushioning without switching to the Enhanced tier. Height alone is not a support rating.

Which sleepers should compare it?
| Sleeper | How to choose |
|---|---|
| Side sleepers | Compare Medium and softer options for shoulder and hip cushioning. Check that the waist and pelvis remain supported; a Plush label alone is not enough. |
| Back sleepers | Start with a balanced Medium or Firm where offered. Check support through the lower back and avoid a top that lets the pelvis sink much farther than the upper body. |
| Stomach sleepers | Compare the firmer available builds. A thick, soft pillow top deserves particular care if it allows the hips to drop. |
| Combination sleepers | Test turning through your usual positions. Comfort-layer depth and the selected firmness can matter as much as whether the mattress has coils. |
| Different body sizes | The same mattress can feel different to lighter and heavier people. Check shoulder pressure, hip support, and edge use on the exact configuration; we have not established a tested weight cutoff for this current family. |
Cooling, movement, and couple considerations
Cooling
The cool-feel cover and graphite-infused comfort foam are marketed to manage surface heat. Cooling at first touch differs from performance after the surface has warmed, so we would not call iComfort a proven solution for hot sleeping without a current temperature test. Choose the foam feel because you prefer it, then evaluate the room, protector, and cover rather than relying only on the graphite label.
Couples, movement, and edges
The absence of springs and the contouring foam make iComfort a logical motion-control candidate, but we do not have current accelerometer readings for these seven builds. A deeper Plush can also make position changes feel more involved. Couples should compare the feel with both people on the bed and test the perimeter rather than assuming all-foam construction automatically gives stronger edge support.

When the upgrade makes sense
The current Queen selector shows meaningful price steps between 11.5-inch Firm, 12-inch builds, 13-inch builds, and Enhanced 14-inch. Do not pay for the highest profile without noticing a useful comfort difference. A shopper who wants easier movement should also compare iComfortPro or a hybrid rather than trying to solve that preference with more slow-response foam.
Trial, warranty, delivery, and retailer terms
Direct purchases from Serta.com are described on the current product pages with a 100-night trial and a 10-year limited warranty. Serta recommends at least 30 days to adjust before initiating a comfort return. Warranty coverage addresses qualifying defects, rather than guaranteeing that you will prefer a firmness for ten years.
Serta’s current traditional-mattress product pages describe in-home delivery and old-mattress removal for qualifying direct purchases. Confirm the actual delivery date, access requirements, and removal eligibility on your order.
Retailer policies can differ. Get any exchange fee, return fee, required protector purchase, delivery charge, and final-sale restriction in writing before checkout. A manufacturer’s direct trial is not automatically the policy for a purchase from another store.

Common questions
Is current iComfort the same as iComfort Blue 100?
No equivalent specification has been verified. Blue 100 belongs to an older generation. Current iComfort lists its own five-zone design, height/feel combinations, and graphite-infused comfort materials; use the exact current model when shopping.
Does this review include a current hands-on test?
This is a research and editorial evaluation of the current manufacturer-listed builds. Product materials, exact variants, prices, and shopping considerations are identified separately from Yawnder’s standardized testing. We do not assign new numeric scores without a test record for the exact configuration.
Which firmness should I choose?
Start with your usual sleep positions, your body size, and how much surface contouring you prefer. Compare the actual listed feel rather than choosing from a tier number or mattress height. Use the sleeper-fit table above, then test the exact configuration or confirm the seller’s trial terms.
Can it work with an adjustable base?
Serta lists adjustable-base compatibility on these product pages. Confirm the exact mattress size and selected base, particularly for split-head sizes, and follow the support and foundation requirements supplied with the mattress.
Can I try it at Yawnder?
Contact our Encinitas showroom before visiting to confirm which brands and exact models are on display. Inventory and display selection can change; a published review is not a guarantee that a mattress is currently on the floor.
