Quick answer: Leesa gives eligible mattresses a 120-night trial. Mattress returns are accepted from nights 31 through 120, and Leesa coordinates pickup at no cost in the contiguous U.S. Alaska, Hawaii and Canadian mattress returns carry a $100 pickup/transportation fee.

How Leesa returns work
Leesa requires the first 30 nights as an adjustment period. After that, contact its Comfort Crew during the 120-night trial. Leesa coordinates mattress or foundation pickup and refunds the purchase price after pickup, minus paid In-Home Setup and Removal service fees.
Retail purchases
Retail partners maintain their own policies and are not all required to offer Leesa’s 120-night trial. Leesa currently says West Elm and Pottery Barn purchases do receive 120 nights, while Amazon purchases follow Amazon’s return policy.
Adjustable bases
Leesa accepts an adjustable-base return within 30 nights only while the base remains in the box. Once unboxed, it cannot be returned.

Bottom line
Leesa’s current mattress trial is 120 nights with returns beginning on night 31 and free pickup for most U.S. customers. Retail purchases can differ, and adjustable bases lose return eligibility once unboxed.
