Feel, materials and who each suits
Latex tends to respond more quickly than slow-moving memory foam, and both designs use coils. That does not establish that one has better edge support, motion isolation or cooling for every sleeper. Try turning, lying near the edge and having a partner move beside you.
Both brands describe latex and wool components. Birch lists GOLS-certified latex; Awara lists GOLS-certified latex for its current Premier. A certification on a component does not necessarily cover the whole mattress. Confirm the actual model and certificate scope, and discuss latex allergy with a clinician before buying.
