Covered defects include certain manufacturing flaws that cause foam or spring material to degrade, split or crack despite normal use and proper handling.
Foundation requirements
The mattress must be used on a firm, rigid, non-flexible surface with adequate center support. The purchaser may need to prove that appropriate support was used.
Who pays transportation?
The purchaser can initially be responsible for return shipping. If WinkBeds confirms a covered defect, WinkBeds says it assumes transportation costs associated with returning and replacing the mattress.
Any Reason replacement option
Separate from the defect warranty, WinkBeds offers an “Any Reason” lifetime replacement option after the trial: eligible owners can purchase a new WinkBed for 50% of the current price. That is not the same as a warranty claim.

Keep proof that you are the original owner and photograph the mattress, law tag, claimed defect and support system. For an indentation complaint, take the measurement with the sleep surface unloaded.
