Purple Restore Review: The Grid Meets Real Firmness
The Restore is Purple‘s answer to buyers who want the grid but also want a firm, supportive feel. Same GelFlex Grid, firmer coil system, tuned for back and stomach sleepers who found the Rejuvenate line too plush.

Quick take
- Best for: Back and stomach sleepers 150–250 lb who want firmer support with the grid on top.
- Feel: Medium-firm to firm (~7/10)
- Height: 12 inches
- Price: ~$2,799 queen
- Trial / warranty: 100 nights / 10 years
Rejuvenate vs Restore — the split
Both lines use the same grid. The Rejuvenate is tuned for pressure relief (softer coils, deeper hug). The Restore is tuned for support (firmer coils, higher lumbar push). Back and stomach sleepers should always default to Restore; side sleepers to Rejuvenate.

Pros & cons
Pros
- Firm support with grid pressure relief
- Excellent for back and stomach sleepers
- Class-leading cooling
- Strong edge support
Cons
- Too firm for pure side sleepers
- Grid still feels different — expect a 2–3 week adjustment
- Heavy
Verdict
The Restore is the correct pick for back and stomach sleepers who want Purple‘s grid. If you sleep primarily on your side, buy a Rejuvenate variant instead.
