Live & Sleep Mattress Review: Luxury Model Hands-On Testing Restored
The Live & Sleep page had been reduced to generic specs, but the older review contained actual sinkage and motion observations from the Luxury model.
What we tested
Yawnder reviewed the Live & Sleep Luxury, a plush all-foam mattress with memory foam over a denser support core.
Pressure relief
The mattress showed substantial contouring and was especially comfortable for side and back sleeping. The upper foam compressed enough to cushion pressure points while still maintaining support underneath.
Motion transfer
Cross-bed motion was minimal, which is one of the clearest advantages of the dense all-foam design. The tradeoff was less bounce and a slower, more settled surface feel.
Foam response
The top memory foam recovered somewhat slowly but faster than the most traditional visco foams. That gave the mattress a balance between contouring and easier repositioning.
Current-shopping note
Live & Sleep’s current lineup may differ from the Luxury model reviewed here. Treat this as a historical hands-on review of that version.
