Lemme Chill Gummies are an ashwagandha-based supplement marketed for occasional stress. They are different from the brand’s melatonin-based Lemme Sleep gummies. This review checks the actual serving, ingredient amounts, evidence, side effects and price so you can compare them without relying on celebrity branding.

Quick verdict: is Lemme Chill worth it?
Lemme Chill may appeal to adults who want an ashwagandha supplement in gummy form. Its main advantage is a clearly disclosed 300 mg amount of KSM-66 ashwagandha per two-gummy serving. The drawbacks are added sugar, the small combined amount of the other botanicals, and evidence that does not establish that this finished gummy reliably relieves stress for everyone.
- Consider it if: you prefer gummies and have checked that ashwagandha is appropriate for you.
- Compare alternatives if: you want a simpler formula, no added sugar, or a different extract or dose.
- Seek clinical guidance first if: you take medication, have a thyroid or autoimmune condition, or have persistent anxiety or sleep problems.

Ingredients and serving size
The current manufacturer Supplement Facts image lists two gummies per serving and 30 servings per container. Here is what that serving contains:
| Ingredient or nutrient | Per two gummies | What to know |
|---|---|---|
| KSM-66 ashwagandha root extract | 300 mg | The main named active ingredient; extract and dose matter when comparing research. |
| Herbal blend | 15 mg total | Lemon balm, passionflower and goji berry extracts. The label does not disclose individual amounts. |
| Total sugar / added sugar | 3 g / 3 g | Relevant if you are comparing gummies with unsweetened capsules. |
| Calories | 20 | Per serving, not per bottle. |
Correction: an earlier version of this review recommended two gummies three times daily without a verified basis. We have removed that instruction. A serving size is not proof of a recommended dosing frequency: follow the directions and warnings on your current bottle, and ask a pharmacist or clinician if anything is unclear.

Does Lemme Chill work for stress?
There is a plausible ingredient basis, but the evidence needs context. NCCIH reports that some ashwagandha preparations may help stress and insomnia, while the evidence for anxiety remains unclear. Many studies are small and use different preparations, which limits how confidently results can be transferred to a particular gummy.
Lemme markets KSM-66 around occasional stress, healthy cortisol levels and stress-related food cravings. Research on an ingredient does not, by itself, prove that this finished formula produces those outcomes. We are not assigning it a clinical effectiveness score or treating customer reviews as controlled evidence.
The 15 mg herbal blend is a combined amount. Without individual extract amounts, it is difficult to compare lemon balm, passionflower or goji berry here with separate studies. Their inclusion is not enough to establish an additional benefit.
There is also no verified basis here for the old review’s promise of effects within 30 to 90 minutes. Do not treat Lemme Chill as a proven fast-acting remedy for anxiety or a replacement for care when stress is interfering with daily life.
Side effects and precautions
Ashwagandha can cause drowsiness, stomach upset, diarrhea or vomiting. NCCIH also notes rare reports of liver injury and insufficient information about long-term safety. A gummy format does not remove these risks.
- Avoid ashwagandha during pregnancy and do not use it while breastfeeding.
- It is not recommended for people with thyroid or autoimmune disorders, or those about to have surgery.
- Check with a clinician or pharmacist if you use sedatives, thyroid medicine, anti-seizure medicine, immunosuppressants, or medicines for blood pressure or diabetes.
- People with hormone-sensitive prostate cancer should avoid ashwagandha.
Do not drive if you feel drowsy. Check before combining Chill with Lemme Sleep or other calming supplements; separate product names do not establish that taking them together is appropriate.
Lemme Chill vs. Lemme Sleep
| Feature | Lemme Chill | Lemme Sleep |
|---|---|---|
| Main positioning | Occasional stress support | Sleep support |
| Key ingredient per two gummies | 300 mg KSM-66 ashwagandha | 5 mg melatonin |
| Other ingredients | 15 mg blend of lemon balm, passionflower and goji berry | 50 mg L-theanine, 20 mg magnesium and 25 mg botanical blend |
| Contains melatonin? | No melatonin listed on the checked Supplement Facts | Yes |
| Main consideration | Ashwagandha precautions and medication interactions | Melatonin precautions and next-day sleepiness |
Choose your comparison around the problem you are trying to address rather than assuming all calming gummies do the same thing. Read our Lemme Sleep Gummies review for its dose, evidence limits and cost breakdown. Neither product is an established substitute for evaluation of persistent insomnia or anxiety.
Price and value
At our October 18, 2026 check, Lemme listed $30 for a one-time single-bottle purchase. With 30 labeled servings, that is $1 per two-gummy serving before shipping and tax. That calculation is per serving; it is not a recommendation about how often to take it.
Subscription discounts and multipack offers were also displayed. Check the final price, delivery schedule and cancellation terms instead of comparing a recurring subscription price with another product’s one-time price. Stock and offers can change.
Compare the price per serving, named extract, ingredient amount, added sugar and quality information with simpler ashwagandha products. A lower sticker price or a larger ingredient list does not establish better value or effectiveness.
Frequently asked questions
Does Lemme Chill contain melatonin?
No melatonin is listed on the Supplement Facts checked for this review. Lemme Sleep is the separate melatonin-containing product.
How much ashwagandha is in Lemme Chill?
Two gummies contain 300 mg of KSM-66 ashwagandha root extract according to the manufacturer label.
Can Lemme Chill make you sleepy?
It can. Drowsiness is a possible effect of ashwagandha, even when a product is marketed for daytime stress support.
Can you take Lemme Chill every day?
Follow your current bottle’s directions and discuss ongoing use with a clinician. NCCIH says some ashwagandha preparations may be safe short term, up to three months, but long-term safety is not established.
Is Lemme Chill vegetarian and gluten-free?
The brand describes it as vegetarian, gluten-free and gelatin-free. Check the current package for ingredients and any dietary or allergy requirements.
Does Lemme Chill lower cortisol or stop stress eating?
Those are manufacturer positioning claims associated with the ashwagandha ingredient. This review does not establish that the finished gummy will lower your cortisol or change your eating behavior.
