When Your pillow arrives it will come shipped in a slim box. It is not shrink wrapped so it comes out of the box ready to use. It also comes with a bag to keep it clean while in transit and is handy if you want to store it.

Findings

I start out trying to sleep on my side then end up on my stomach. I also sleep with an arm under my head. Not the healthiest sleep position but it’s a bad habit. This is the first solid memory foam pillow I have used that is slim enough where I can do this without throwing my neck out of alignment.
