Avocado Coconut Coir Mattress Pad (King)
What the coconut coir pad does
This is an under-mattress ventilation layer, rather than a cushioned topper for the sleep surface. Coconut coir creates an air space between the mattress and its supporting surface.
Check your mattress and foundation first
Confirm that your mattress manufacturer allows the foundation or platform you plan to use. A ventilation pad does not replace required slats, structural support or a suitable foundation. Measure your mattress footprint and check the size offered by Avocado before ordering.
Airflow and moisture
Ventilation can help air circulate beneath a mattress, but this pad does not actively cool the bed or guarantee protection against condensation or mold. Check beneath your mattress regularly and address dampness, room humidity or leaks directly.
The product contains latex; confirm the current material details with Avocado if you have a latex allergy.

Choose ventilation or cushioning?
Choose an under-mattress pad when you are looking for an airflow layer. If your goal is to soften the bed, compare mattress toppers instead.
