My verdict
I liked the Ultra Slim Sleeper because it was thin enough for my habit of ending up on my stomach with an arm under my head. Its solid foam felt more consistent than the shredded-foam pillows I had used for the same position. My original review includes measurements and a look inside the zippered cover.

The Ultra Slim Sleeper Memory Foam Pillow is a pillow designed for stomach sleepers. It measures only 2.5 inches thick but that's a good thing if you want to ensure that you have adequate spinal alignment while laying on your stomach.

This pillow has an almost perfect rating on Amazon and I think the reason for that is because people seeking this out already know what they want in a pillow and someone has finally come along to accommodate.
When Your pillow arrives it will come shipped in a slim box. It is not shrink wrapped so it comes out of the box ready to use. It also comes with a bag to keep it clean while in transit and is handy if you want to store it.
Findings
I start out trying to sleep on my side then end up on my stomach. I also sleep with an arm under my head. Not the healthiest sleep position but it's a bad habit. This is the first solid memory foam pillow I have used that is slim enough where I can do this without throwing my neck out of alignment. I have used shredded memory foam pillows in the past to do this and they work well too although you don't get the consistent support like you do with a solid foam pillow.

Conclusion
If you're a stomach sleeper that likes the feel of memory foam pillows but find your next out of alignment, try this one. This is the first one I have come across that is soft and supportive but also thin enough for me to enjoy. You may also want to consider one if you have young children. Kids, being smaller should also have smaller, thinner pillows to give them proper support.
