Tempur-Pedic Pillows: Current Models & How to Choose
Tempur-Pedic’s current pillow family includes fixed-shape, contoured, adjustable, hybrid and cooling-focused models. Choose by profile and feel rather than assuming one Tempur pillow is medically “best” for a sleep position or pain condition.
Current models to know
| Model | Construction / shape | Who should compare it |
|---|---|---|
| TEMPUR-Cloud Adjustable | Shredded TEMPUR-Material; removable fill | People unsure about profile or who change positions |
| TEMPUR-Cloud | Plush traditional fixed shape | People who want a softer, lower-profile Tempur feel |
| TEMPUR-Symphony | Dual-sided: gently contoured + flatter side | Back/side combination sleepers who prefer a fixed foam pillow |

Adjustable is the safest starting point when you are unsure
Tempur-Pedic currently recommends the TEMPUR-Cloud Adjustable for frequent position changers and people who are uncertain about profile. You can remove fill to lower the pillow or keep more fill for greater height.
TEMPUR-Neck: measure rather than guess
Tempur-Pedic’s current guidance says the Neck Pillow sizes differ by height/profile and recommends comparing the pillow dimensions with the distance from the neck to the outer shoulder. That is more useful than labeling one size “best” for everyone.
Cooling
The Dual Cooling model uses cooling-focused layers/surfaces. Tempur foam remains temperature-sensitive material, and a cooling pillow should not be described as holding a fixed temperature all night.
Care
Tempur-Pedic says TEMPUR-Material itself should not be washed or submerged. Most removable covers can be washed cold; air drying is preferred. Follow the label for the exact model.
Returns
What about neck pain?
Tempur material can feel supportive, but no current Tempur-Pedic pillow should be presented as guaranteed treatment for neck pain. Fit still depends on compressed height, sleep position, shoulder width and mattress firmness.
