I received a free Coop mattress pad for review. Mattress pads are the thankless utilitarian pieces of bedding that don’t get the respect they deserve. Not only can they keep your bed free of any liquids, staining and dust mites but a good one can provide an extra layer of comfort to your bedding ensemble. Findings The Coop Mattress Pad just plain works. What I especially like about it is that it doesn’t have any crinkly noises that some of the cheaper mattress pads have. can you please tell me is a mattress pad is needed on a euro style mattress?…
such as the winkbed or saatva?
No, you do not need a mattress pad but I would urge you to get a mattress protector to keep the mattress dry and safe!
I was so disappointed with ours. We bought a Winkbed after your glowing review (and so far it’s lived up to it!). This mattress pad however, makes us both overheat & sweat like no one’s business. 🙁 I’ll be checking out your other reviews for another recommendation. (I didn’t test the waterproofing so I rated it a 5)
