Novilla is worth comparing when price is a priority, but the useful unit of comparison is a named mattress, thickness and seller. A broad brand review cannot establish that every Novilla will have the same feel or construction.
First decide whether you want an all-foam mattress or a foam-and-coil hybrid. Then compare the selected size’s final price, the layer details and what happens if the mattress does not suit you after unboxing.

Side sleepers: Compare how much cushioning is above the support core. A taller profile does not automatically mean better shoulder relief.

Boxed versus opened mattress returns
The dedicated direct return policy distinguishes unopened returns from opened-mattress trials. Still-boxed eligible products have a 30-day return window and prepaid-label procedure. Opened mattresses require at least 30 nights of use, with requests made within 100 days of delivery and the mattress in sanitary, donatable condition.
An expanded mattress cannot normally be put back in its original box. Contact support for the approved process before trying to ship or dispose of it. The policy describes free eligible returns; verify the applicable conditions and any exclusions for your order.
Novilla’s FAQ retains inconsistent older timing language. Use the detailed current policy and obtain confirmation if the listing or order agreement says something different. Marketplace purchases should be checked with that seller; do not automatically apply direct-website terms to an Amazon order.

Compare total cost and seller service
Include the foundation, protector, shipping and old-mattress removal in your budget. Confirm expansion and care instructions for the exact model. A removable-looking zipper does not by itself authorize washing the cover.
