I have been focusing on massage chairs more recently because after trying one, I am convinced they will lead to a healthier lifestyle. Yes, they can be expensive but pay for themselves over time versus constantly paying for and going to a massage therapist with inconsistent results. If you skip white glove delivery, it arrives on a pallet via freight. You must move each box into your house yourself. Even with a dolly, it is a difficult task without help.

I suggest opening the biggest box first. Remove all the packaging to clear your workspace. There is a lot of material to protect the chair during shipping. Keeping the area clean helps you avoid losing small parts.

The smaller boxes hold the arms, covers, and electronics. You will also find the instruction manual here. Osaki packs the manual in a high-quality box similar to an iPad box.

This program shows you the basic massage styles the chair offers.

Relax

This uses a softer touch to help you loosen up and reduce stress.

Swing

This program rocks you back and forth while massaging for a calm feeling.

Stretch

Airbags lock your legs, hips, and shoulders while the chair reclines. This stretches your calves, hamstrings, and waist. This is my favorite setting.

Scraping

This moves from the inside of the body outward. It helps improve blood flow during the massage.

Shiatsu

This focuses on specific pressure points on your back to relieve deep stress.

Gentleman

This program is designed to help men relax and improve circulation.

Rejuvenate

This uses strong techniques to boost blood flow. It is more intense than the smoother programs.

Manual Massage

Manual modes let you target specific spots on your back. You can choose Kneading, Tapping, Shiatsu, or Rolling. You can focus on your shoulders, lower back, or calves. The chair also has custom settings for the neck and air massage.

You can even combine two massage styles at once. Options include “Kneading & Tapping” or “Kneading & Shiatsu.” This allows for better techniques and a custom experience.

L & S Track Technology

The Maestro LE uses both S and L track technology. The S-Track follows the natural curve of your spine. The L-Track reaches from your neck down to your thighs. This provides 50% more massage area than standard chairs.

Heated Back Roller Massage

This chair uses advanced infrared heat. The rollers themselves heat up to cover a large area. It feels like hot stones warming your muscles from your neck to your hamstrings.

Body Scan Technology

The chair scans your body to map your neck and back. This ensures the right amount of pressure is used. It detects your shoulder height, which you can adjust manually if needed.

Auto Leg Scan & Leg Extend

The ottoman scans your legs to find the best length for your height. It moves out and then retracts. Just push with your feet to stop it at the right spot. You can also use the remote to adjust it.

Full Body Air Massage

The Maestro 2 has 32 airbags for a full body experience. They are located at the shoulders, arms, waist, and calves. This compression helps blood flow and relieves tension.

Foot & Calf Kneading

Spinning rollers under the feet provide a deep reflexology massage. They move along the sides and middle of your feet. At the same time, the calf section kneads your legs to increase relaxation.

All New Calf, Bridge, Knee & Heel Massage

The leg rest has air massagers that move in circles around your calves. New parts also massage the bridge and heel of your foot. It is a unique and thorough experience.

Zero Gravity

NASA inspired the Zero Gravity position for deep relaxation. It supports your weight and lifts your knees above your chest. This improves blood flow and reduces pressure on your spine.

Space Saving Design

This chair only needs 5 inches of space between the backrest and the wall. This design helps you save room in your home while still getting a full recline.

Bluetooth & HD Speaker

The chair features Bluetooth and high-quality speakers in the headrest. They reduce outside noise so you can focus on your music. A blue light shows when your device is connected.

New remodeled Touch Screen Remote Tablet

The remote is now a large touch screen tablet. It is easy to see and use. A magnetic holder keeps it in place. You can pick the massage type, speed, and location with a few taps.

Quick Control

The inner armrest has buttons for power, pause, and zero gravity. You can also adjust the 4D settings here. A USB port is available to charge your phone while you relax.

Wireless Charger

The Maestro LE includes a wireless charger. Just place your smartphone on the charging spot in the hand area. It is a very convenient way to keep your phone ready to use.

My Osaki OS-Pro Maestro LE Recommendation

This is the third massage chair I have used regularly. It is the most advanced and has the most features. I have owned it for 5 months and I am still finding new ways to adjust it.

One downside is the foot massager. It feels small for my size 13 feet. If you are tall or have large feet, look at the Osaki Highpointe. It costs more but has an open foot design that is much better for large feet.

Compared to the X77 from XChair, the Osaki is more intense. It has more programs and a better touchscreen. Both offer heat and zero gravity, but the Osaki feels more powerful.

The quality is excellent. Costco sells a version for $6,899, but it uses an old remote. The Yawnder San Diego store sells the updated LE model with the touchpad. We offer a great price and a 30-day trial. Email sales@sleepsherpa.com for a quote.
