This is usually the winner for couples. The standard Avocado is firm—often too firm for side sleepers. The Pillow Top adds a 2-inch layer of soft GOLS organic latex permanently attached to the top. It keeps that supportive bounce but removes the pressure points on your shoulders.

The Box Top (Luxury Plush)
