Welcome to yawnder.com (the “Site”), operated by Sleep Coast, LLC d/b/a Yawnder (“Yawnder,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, our products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Authorized Use of Site

The Site is an ecommerce and information platform for mattresses, adjustable bases, bedding, bedroom furniture, and related lifestyle products and services. Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Unauthorized/Prohibited Use

  • No scraping, crawling, mining, or automated access without our written consent.
  • No attempts to bypass security or exceed authorized access.
  • No interference with Site operation (flooding, overloading, malware, etc.).
  • No framing, mirroring, reselling, sublicensing, or commercial exploitation without prior written consent.

Accounts & Security

You may need an account to use certain features. Provide accurate information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If under 18, use requires parent/guardian involvement. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Electronic Communications

When you visit the Site or contact us by email or SMS, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, and agree such communications satisfy any writing requirement.

Limited License & Ownership

We own or are licensed to use all Site content and associated intellectual property. Subject to these Terms, we grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. Except as permitted by law, do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or publicly display Site content without permission.

Unacceptable Behavior

We expect respectful interactions. We may refuse service or discontinue communications for abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or fraudulent behavior.

No Unsolicited Ideas

We do not accept unsolicited product, marketing, or business ideas. If you submit any, we may use them without obligation or compensation.

Privacy

Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Product Pricing & MSRP

We may display manufacturer’s suggested retail prices (“MSRP”) for context. MSRP may not reflect prevailing market prices or prior selling prices. Prices, promotions, and availability may change.

Terms of Sale

Offer & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept or decline at our discretion, typically via dispatch confirmation. Only items listed in the dispatch confirmation are included.

Availability; Errors

We strive for accuracy but errors can occur. If we discover an error, we will contact you to confirm, substitute, or cancel.

Payment; Taxes

You authorize charges to your selected payment method at checkout. You are responsible for applicable taxes/fees based on destination. Financing (e.g., via Affirm® or other providers) is subject to third-party terms.

Program Description

Yawnder provides a dedicated text line for customer support at (858) 232-5760. Customers initiate conversations by texting this number, and our team replies to assist with orders, deliveries, or support questions. We do not send unsolicited or marketing texts from this number.

Opt-In & Frequency

By texting us first, you consent to receive SMS replies from Yawnder related to your inquiry. Message frequency varies based on your conversation with our team.

Cost, Help & Opt-Out

Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP, email [email protected], or call (858) 232-5760. To stop, reply STOP. You’ll receive a one-time confirmation, then no further texts.

Returns & Refunds

Summary (Matches Yawnder Returns Embed)
Mattress trials vary by brand from 100 to 365 nights. A 30-night minimum adjustment period applies before starting a return or exchange. Standard return & restocking fee is $150, which we waive if you exchange for a different mattress from our store (you pay any price difference). Delivery, White Glove setup, and recycling fees are not refundable. Items must be clean, sanitary, and donatable with law tags attached. Limit one exchange per household; the second mattress is final sale and does not include a second trial.
Mattress Satisfaction Trial
  • Trial length Brand-specific, 100–365 nights. Confirm at purchase.
  • 30-night minimum Sleep on your mattress at least 30 nights before requesting a return or exchange.
  • Start a return Email [email protected] or call/text (858) 232-5760 to obtain a Return Authorization. We’ll arrange pickup with Yawnder or a trusted partner.
  • Fees Return & restocking fee $150 (waived for a mattress exchange of equal or greater value). Second mattress is final sale.
  • Condition Clean/sanitary, no stains or damage, law tag attached. A waterproof protector is strongly recommended.
Items That Are Final Sale (Not Returnable)
  • Adjustable bed bases and power bases (non-fabric frames)
  • Mattress toppers
  • Bed frames and headboards
  • Bedding such as sheets and comforters
  • Pillows and mattress protectors
  • Comfort layer inserts
  • Consumables such as candles, soaps, and diffusers
  • Floor models and open-box mattresses
California Mattress Removal & Recycling (Take-Back)
  • No-charge take-back of used mattresses or fabric-covered foundations on a 1:1 basis when we deliver a new eligible unit, if requested at purchase.
  • Pickup at delivery or within 30 days. We may refuse wet/soiled/infested/unsafe items.
  • Common carrier shipments are excluded from the no-charge requirement; we’ll share recycling options.
  • Eligible: traditional mattresses and fabric-covered foundations (in CA, futon mattresses are also eligible). Not eligible: metal adjustable/power bases that are not fabric-covered.
  • A state recycling fee is collected at checkout and remitted to the Mattress Recycling Council.
White Glove Delivery & Removal (Outside CA Take-Back)
  • White Glove delivery & setup $150 flat fee (in-home delivery, unboxing, setup, packaging removal). This fee is not refundable once scheduled.
  • Adjustable bed base removal $250 additional (disassembly, removal, responsible disposal of your existing power base). If your old unit qualifies as a fabric-covered foundation, we’ll process under no-charge take-back.
  • Removal is limited to one item per order (mattress, foundation, or adjustable base). All removal must be scheduled at purchase. All delivery/removal fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

  • Before shipment: you may cancel for a full refund.
  • After shipment or refused/return-to-sender: treated as a return under the applicable policy. Round-trip shipping, White Glove, and removal fees are not refundable.
  • Early returns: if a brand enforces a 30-night minimum and you return earlier, an early-return fee may apply per brand terms (in addition to the standard rules above).

Coupons & Promotions

  • Coupons/discount codes must be applied at checkout on the original order and cannot be retroactively applied or swapped.
  • Coupons are non-transferable and may not be purchased, traded, or sold.
  • We may reject orders using ineligible or improperly obtained codes.

If a promotional bundle includes a discounted or “free” adjustable base and you return the mattress but keep the base, we may deduct up to $499 (or the stated promotional value) from the mattress refund, unless otherwise specified by the promo.

The Site may link to third-party websites or integrate third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your discretion and subject to their terms.

Colors & Textures

Product colors, finishes, and textures may vary by display and production run. Minor variations are not defects.

No Unlawful Use; Intellectual Property

All Site content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use our brands, logos, product names, or other marks without our prior written permission.

Copyright/DMCA Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to proper notices of alleged infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512). To submit a notice, email [email protected] with subject “DMCA Notice,” and include identification of the copyrighted work; identification and location of the material to be removed/disabled; your contact information; a good-faith statement that use is not authorized; and a statement that the notice is accurate under penalty of perjury, signed electronically or physically by you or your agent.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or Services at any time for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

International Users

The Services are controlled from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you are responsible for compliance with local laws. Certain products, trials, and logistics are U.S.-only.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SITE, ITS CONTENT, AND THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YAWNDER AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations, so parts of the above may not apply to you.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Informal resolution first Before filing a claim, email [email protected] with a brief description and contact details so we can try to resolve it within 30 days.

Binding arbitration; class waiver If unresolved, you and Yawnder agree to individual, binding arbitration (no class actions) under the Federal Arbitration Act and JAMS/AAA rules in San Diego County, California. Each party bears its own fees unless otherwise awarded under law. You may bring a claim in small-claims court instead of arbitration.

Venue For non-arbitrable claims, exclusive venue is the state or federal courts in San Diego County, California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Updated” date at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Severability; Waiver; Entire Agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with your order confirmation and any brand-specific policies referenced at purchase, are the entire agreement between you and Yawnder regarding the Services.
