Shipment processing and White Glove delivery
Processing, tracking, address validation, and in home setup.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of receipt.
- Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday at 12 pm Eastern through Sunday, or holidays.
- All mattresses are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
- You can expect your mattress to arrive about 7 to 10 business days after placing your order.
During high volume periods, shipments may be delayed. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you.
Tracking and order status
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Tracking typically becomes active within 24 hours.

Damage or loss during shipping
Yawnder is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Address validation
We attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout. If we cannot validate the address, we will contact you to request an updated address.
If we cannot confirm an updated address, the order will be canceled and refunded. Yawnder will not be held responsible if the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the package cannot be recovered.
White Glove Delivery
🛏️ White Glove delivery 200 dollars per delivery
- In home delivery, unboxing, and full setup of your new mattress and or adjustable base.
- Removal and responsible disposal of one existing adjustable base, box spring, or bed frame per delivered item.
- We remove and dispose of all packaging.
- This fee is not refundable once service is scheduled.
Important notes
- Removal does not include complete bed assemblies, headboards, footboards, or beds with attached furniture.
- Removal is limited to the same number of items delivered (one for one).
- All removal requests must be scheduled at purchase.
- Delivery and removal fees are not refundable.
Examples
- New mattress delivered and set up, old mattress removed: 200 dollars.
- New adjustable base delivered and set up, old adjustable base removed: 200 dollars.
- Mattress plus adjustable base delivered, both set up, both old components removed: 200 dollars.
