Beautyrest Black K-Class Review: Archived Luxury Hybrid Construction Restored
The K-Class is a legacy Beautyrest Black model, but its original construction detail had been largely removed from the live page.
T3 pocketed coils
The K-Class used Beautyrest’s T3 Pocketed Coil system, built around triple-strand coils intended to add durability and targeted support while allowing each coil to move independently.
Plush comfort stack
Above the coil unit were multiple comfort foams, including memory-foam layers and cooling-focused materials. The result was a thick, plush luxury-hybrid feel rather than a flat firm surface.
Cooling package
BlackICE/RightTemp-era materials were used to manage surface temperature. Those technologies belonged to this model generation and should not automatically be mapped to current Beautyrest Black beds.
Who the old model suited
The plush K-Class made the most sense for sleepers prioritizing cushioning and pressure relief. People seeking a very firm, shallow feel were less likely to prefer it.
Archived status
Beautyrest has since revised the Black collection, so this page now serves as a historical construction reference.

The K-Class is a legacy model. Compare current Beautyrest Black Series models separately rather than assuming the same layers, cooling technology or firmness.
