Returns & Refunds

Yawnder’s Return & Exchange Policy

 

We want you to love your new mattress. This policy is designed to give you peace of mind while you find the perfect fit for your sleep.

 

Our Mattress Satisfaction Trial

 

Your trial period is determined by the brand of the mattress you purchase, ranging from a minimum of 100 to 365 days. Please confirm your specific trial period at the time of purchase.

Mandatory 30-Night Adjustment Period A new mattress can take some time to get used to as your body adjusts. We require that you sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 nights to allow for this natural break-in period.

If you are not completely satisfied after the 30-night adjustment period, you may initiate a return or exchange at any point before your trial period ends.


 

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Once you contact us, Yawnder or an authorized third-party partner will schedule a time to pick up the mattress from your home.


 

Your Options After the 30-Night Trial

 

Once you’ve decided the mattress isn’t for you, you have two simple options:

Option 1: Return for a Refund You can return the mattress for a full refund, less a flat $150 return and restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your total refund and helps cover the costs associated with pickup, transportation, and processing of the returned mattress.

Option 2: Exchange for a New Mattress (Fee Waived) To help you find the perfect mattress, we will waive the $150 return fee when you select a different mattress from our store. You will be responsible for any price difference for the new mattress.

  • Please note: The second mattress is considered a final sale and is not eligible for a second trial period or return. This policy is limited to one mattress exchange per household.

Important Note: All associated White Glove delivery and recycling fees from your original purchase are non-refundable.


 

Conditions for a Valid Return

 

For a mattress to be eligible for a return or exchange, it must be in a clean and sanitary condition.

  • We are unable to accept returns for mattresses that are stained, damaged, or unsanitary. We strongly recommend using a waterproof mattress protector to ensure your mattress remains in returnable condition.

  • The original law tag must remain attached to the mattress. Removing this tag will void the trial period.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Adjustable Beds & Foundations

  • Bed Frames & Headboards

  • Bedding (Sheets, Comforters, etc.)

  • Pillows, Mattress Toppers, and Mattress Protectors

  • Comfort Layer Inserts

  • Consumable items (Candles, Soaps, Diffusers)

  • Floor Models & Open-Box Mattresses

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and work with you to make it right.
