Returns & Refunds

Please Read Our Return And Refund Policy Carefully:

Returns on Items Purchased Through Yawnder

Yawnder matches the trial period of mattress brands sold in our store. Trial periods for mattresses range from a minimum of 100 to 365 days. Please make sure you understand the conditions of the trial period before you purchase.

Required 30-Day Break-In Period for Mattresses

We know that getting used to a new mattress takes time! That’s why we require a 30-day break-in period. During this time, sleep on it, toss and turn, and really make it yours.

If, after those 30 days, you’re still not completely happy with your mattress, no worries! Please contact us and we will start the return process as long as it is within the range of the trial period.

Please note: All returned mattresses are subject to a $125 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover the costs associated with arranging transportation and handling for returned mattresses, which are not restocked. It also allows us to keep our prices lower and beat advertised sale prices from other retailers, ensuring that you get the best possible deal on your purchase.

How can customers return your products?   

  • Yawnder or an authorized third party will pick up your eligible return.

WHICH CIRCUMSTANCES WE OFFER RETURNS & REFUNDS:

Trial Period

Products that are eligible for return under a trial period. Mattresses with trial periods range from a minimum of 100 to 365 days depening on brand.  We are unable to exchange or refund stained, unsanitary or damaged mattresses. That’s why we highly recommend using a waterproof mattress protector to help keep your new mattress clean. Keep all original tags on your mattress. If you remove the original (white) law tag from the mattress or foundation, it will void the trial.

Wrong Products

If you discover your order is flawed please contact us by email: [email protected]. With photos of the wrong product, we will provide a return shipping label. Once it is tracked, we will ship a replacement product immediately.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for returns.

  • Adjustable Beds
  • Bedding
  • Candles / Diffusers / Soaps or any other consumable item
  • Beds / Bed Frames / Foundations / Headboards
  • Mattress Protectors
  • Mattress Toppers
  • Pillows
  • Mattresses with stains are not eligible for a refund. We urge you to use a mattress protector to prevent this. 
  • Floor model and/or opened mattresses that we sell are not available for refunds.
Return Limit
 
Limit 1 return. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
