Yawnder is dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. However, we recognize that even the best products may sometimes show early signs of wear or manufacturer defects. All Yawnder mattresses come with a comprehensive 10-year warranty, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable. If a defect occurs during the warranty period, Yawnder will repair or replace the defective product within a reasonable time frame.
The Warranty Covers:
- Defects or deterioration in the foam’s cell structure.
- Defects that result in splitting or cracking of the material under normal use and proper handling.
- Comfort impressions greater than 1.5 inches.
- Sagging, provided your mattress has been consistently supported by a foundation that offers minimal to no flex and features adequate center support. This includes most platform beds, slat foundations, box springs, and adjustable bases.
The Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Normal softening of the mattress after a reasonable break-in period.
- Normal reduction in recovery time after a reasonable break-in period.
- Mattress fabric wear and tear.
- Any stains—stains will void your warranty.
- Bed height.
- Sheet fit.
- Comfort impressions less than 1.5 inches.
- Damage caused by an improper foundation or support system.
- A mattress compressed for more than 60 days.
- Mattress handles—these are designed to be decorative and should only be used for minor adjustments, not for lifting or transporting the mattress.
- Loose threads—minor loose threads from tie-off stitches in the quilting or side panels are normal and do not affect the mattress’s performance or longevity.
Yawnder mattresses are designed to work on solid, supportive foundations. These include slatted wood or metal foundations with slats no more than 4 inches apart, solid wood or metal platforms, wood or metal box foundations, and adjustable bases. Using an improper foundation—such as an old box spring (5+ years) without solid support or slats more than 4 inches apart—will void the warranty. If you submit a warranty claim, you may be asked to provide proof that the mattress foundation meets the required specifications. If you’re unsure about the type of foundation that is acceptable, please contact Yawnder customer service.
Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty is void if the mattress has been physically stained, damaged, burned, saturated with moisture, cut, or torn. Yawnder reserves the right to refuse repair or replacement of any product that is deemed to be in an unsanitary condition. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser. If the mattress is sold to another person, the new owner accepts the product “as is” and “with all faults.” Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
