Helix Wedge Pillow
The Helix Wedge is a 24 × 24 × 10-inch upper-body or leg-elevation pillow. Helix’s current support documentation lists a 24° angle, 1.5 inches of gel memory foam and high-density polyurethane support foam underneath.

Ways people use a wedge
A wedge can be used for reading, relaxing, upper-body elevation or leg elevation. People also seek elevation for snoring or reflux symptoms, but a retail wedge should not be presented as treatment for sleep apnea, GERD or chronic pain.
Medical considerations
If you are using elevation for diagnosed reflux, respiratory disease, sleep apnea, post-surgical positioning or persistent pain, follow individualized medical guidance.
